As of January 1st, 2020 the following rates shall apply:

Weekend Rates:

Add $5.00 to the regular rate for Puppy Potty Breaks

Add $10.00 to the regular rate for all other services

Holiday Rates (i.e. Easter Sunday, Canada Day, etc...):

1.5x the listed regular rate.

Payment is currently accepted in cash, cheque, or money order.

For Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Services of more than 3 days, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due upon the final date of service.

For Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Services of less than 3 days and for all other services, payment in full is required either before or on the date of service. H.S.T. is NOT included in the posted rates.

For Dog Walking Services, cancellations of less than 24 hours will incur the full cost of the walk. If the cancellation is due to illness, we of course will be more than happy to come by to walk your dog as we are sure you will not be up to doing it yourself. Cancellations of more than 24 hours will incur a cost of $10.00 for all walks and $5.00 for potty breaks. The exception to this will be the summer months (July 1st to Labour Day) and the two weeks surrounding the holidays in December/January.

For Pet Sitting of 3 days or more, 1 week's notice of cancellation is required or the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

For Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Services of less than 3 days and for all other services, 48 hours notice is required or the pre-payment will be credited to the client's account to be used towards a future service, or the client may opt for repayment of the cancelled service.
