Pawsitive Pet Care is a great service which I would highly recommend to anyone needing their family pet cared for when you are away. The owner of this service (Jen) was very friendly and easy to work with. We used in their in-house pet care service which was great as we did not need to move our rabbits, their very large cage and food. Our pets were very well taken care of while we were away and it was great to see pictures of them sent to our mobile phones to reassure us everything was going well.

If you are looking for someone who will be attentive to your pet's needs, provide a friendly & professional service (i.e. - insured, organized, knowledgeable, responsive, etc...) and charge you a fair price for this great service then this is the pet care service you need to call. Pawsitive Pet Care has another loyal customer for many years to come.

Our little budgie Peggy has been cared for by Jen several times over the last few years for weeks at a time. I have never been more comfortable leaving Peggy with someone. The care she received from Jen and Shane was second to none. They take the time to cuddle, play and nurture your pet. Peggy had the same freedom to fly around while in their care as if she were home with me. Each and every time we came back home again she was always very bright and healthy looking ,her feathers were always in the best of shape and her mood was top notch. On past occasions when Peggy was boarded out she would be very distant with us when she came home, as if she was mad with us for leaving her. Not so with Jen, she was as lively as if we had never been away form home.

Rest assured your pet will be loved and treated as good as, or better, than if they were home with you. Jen and Shane are very genuine caring people.

Our family has had Spidey (our cat) stay with Pawsitive Pet Care quite a few times now and he has always come back happy and healthy each and every time. If we are unable to look after him ourselves, there is no one else we'd be more comfortable having to care for him during our absence. Thank you Pawsitive Pet Care...you have a client for life.

Jen and Shane have looked after our lovebird Pickle on many occasions, many of which were up to a month long. At first, I would worry about being away from Pickle for so long, but Jen would always send me regular updates on how she was doing, and Pickle always came out of there just as happy and healthy (maybe even healthier!) as when she went in. I could quickly tell they are very knowledgeable, attentive pet owners who take the well being of all animals in their care very seriously.

I felt really lucky to have found them when I did. Pickle and I would recommend Pawsitive Pet Care to any fellow pet owners!
